Description

Brazilian Hammock

Brazilian hammock not only in name - Arte Hammock is an original hammock made 100% in Brazil.

We understand that you may not be able to tell the difference between a real Brazilian hammock and a pseudo hammock from the supermarket. We will try to briefly describe the advantages and process of creating an Arte hammock.

Vicente is a partner of the Amazonas brand, whose task is to select the right threads for the production of the hammock, check them for elasticity, color fastness and the absence of harmful substances. Master weaver João ties about 6,000 threads by hand, which is very time-consuming and requires a great deal of experience and precision. Of course, this is not the end of the production, we just want to show the commitment and skills of the people who create great Brazilian hammocks. Brazilian Arte hammocks have hand-woven stripes, which are not to be found in cheap hammocks, they are a real work of art. Extremely soft cotton is very tightly woven (400 g/m2), all this to maximize the comfort of resting in the hammock. A large number of support cords ensure stability and even distribution of body weight, the hammock lifts beautifully and gives a sense of weightlessness. The hand-woven eyelets used to attach the ropes are sewn with double thread in as many as five places, thanks to which the Brazilian Arte hammock can carry up to 200 kilograms. Arte guarantees a long life and durability of the colours.

Below are the best ways to lie in a Brazilian hammock.
